Airport Bus Dandenong Safety Measures:

• As we always strive to provide safe and reliable transportation for our passengers, our team has increased our cleaning of all buses to provide a high standard of care and hygiene, as per our COVIDSafe plan and strict regulation by Commercial Passenger Vehicles Victoria.
• All passengers will be supplied with an optional mask to be worn on our buses and to keep.
• Our drivers will keep ventilation within the bus by opening windows and refraining from using the air conditioning.
• We are also abiding by the 1.5m social distancing recommendation, ensuring there is enough space in our buses for people to maintain this distance between other passengers.
• If you are experiencing symptoms such as fever, breathing difficulties, cough or sore throat, and have recently returned from overseas or come into contact with someone with a confirmed case of Covid-19, separate yourself from others and call the dedicated Victorian Department of Human Health and Services Covid-19 Hotline on 1800 675 398.
• We understand that some passengers may not feel comfortable/may not be well enough travelling on our buses and would like to cancel or reschedule their bookings. As such, we are no longer taking prepayments for bookings until further notice. Please contact our office on (03) 9782 6766 as soon as possible if you need to make a change to your booking.
• Please Note: in line with COVID-19 safety precautions, all passengers will need to provide their full name and contact mobile number at the time of booking. In the unlikely event that there is a suspected or confirmed case on one of our shuttles, we will require these details to contact you. Airport Bus Dandenong reserves the right to deny travel to any passengers who do not cooperate with providing their full name and contact mobile number.

Changes to Our Booking Operations:

• Update 5th May, 2021: **We are running to private demand**
• Bookings are essential. Currently there is no set timetable, the bus will not run if no passengers have booked their seat in advance.
• We understand that our reduced operations may be inconvenient for some passengers and we apologise in advance for this. We value your appreciation and understanding that the travel industry was and still is incredibly impacted by COVID-19. Our current timetable restrictions are temporary with the vision of increasing with the opening of International and Domestic travel.
• To make a booking, please call our office on (03) 9782 6766. If the phone is not available, please email bookings@airportbusdandenong.com.au or contact us on Facebook. Urgent enquiries/bookings should be made on 0400 516 198, available 7 days a week.

For Those with Existing Credit Notes:

• Existing credit notes expiring after 31st March, 2020 are still valid*. We understand that these individuals were unable to redeem their credit notes as we temporarily stopped our services.
• If you fall within this category and would still like to travel using your credit note, please contact the office on (03) 9782 6766, or if the phone is not available, email bookings@airportbusdandenong.com.au.
• We will be flexible with the expiry date of existing credit notes, though any decision made will be entirely up to the discretion of Airport Bus Dandenong.
• Unfortunately during restrictions, as we have been incredibly impacted by COVID-19, we are unable to redeem credit notes for the time being until restrictions have eased in Victoria. We apologise for any inconveniences caused and appreciate your understanding.

*31st March, 2020 was the date that Airport Bus Dandenong stopped taking bookings during COVID-19 restrictions.
